Ghenu Khillo’s presentation at ICERD-ID 2026

Ghenu had the opportunity to attend the second International Conference on Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases (ICERD-ID) organised by the Infectious Disease Society of India (IDSI) and held at SRM University, Chennai. The conference was held from 6 to 7 August. The conference brought together researcher, academics, public health experts, scientists, and young researchers to discuss current challenges and advances in the field.

Ghenu presented his systematic review and meta-analysis estimating prevalence and incidence of leptospirosis and Melioidosis amongst Agricultural workers through poster presentation and selected as one of the best Poster presenters. Twelve presenters from different themes were invited for Oral presentation where he also presented in the larger audience.
